Xmas of the Simple kind.

This morning I woke up around 9am and called my mom. She is doing well and so is my father. They said they got my sister a type writer and playstation video games for Christmas. We made small talk about recent events such as my grandmothers case of cancer, relatives, the weather, work, and food.

Its starting to bother me, the fact that I work tonight at the nursing home yet eveything is closed and lots of poeple are off including the fuckers at taco bell.

Where was I last Christmas? I remember being in the house Val bought. I was off of work since I worked for the clinic but he had to work. It was cold in the house since we took all the carpet off the floor to stain the concrete.

So I spent my Christmas at Jack in the box. I had a number six with a side of potato wedges with cheese. Then a nap before work. Work was not as difficult as i remember it usually being. It could have been the fact that it was a Saturday or it might have been easy because half the residents on my hall were gone from the facility.

I am about to go home and get some rest.
